High gloss mold temperature machine and die-casting machine mold temperature machine are used for high gloss steam injection molding to eliminate surface weld lines, weld marks, ripples, and silver wire patterns, completely solve the surface shrinkage phenomenon of plastic products, and make the surface smoothness of the product reach mirror level. The product does not require spray coating for subsequent processing, effectively reducing costs and shortening delivery time. In addition, high gloss injection molding can also solve the floating fiber phenomenon caused by fiber added products, thereby making the product quality more perfect. In thin-walled molding, high gloss injection molding helps to improve injection flowability, enhance product quality and strength. It can also reduce the injection molding cycle of thick walled molding by more than 70%.

Taking injection molding as an example: after the injection molding machine is closed, high-temperature steam is blown into the mold. First, the mold temperature is raised to a set value between 130 degrees and 140 degrees, and then plastic is injected into the mold cavity. After the injection molding machine completes pressure holding and enters cooling, cold water is injected. The mold temperature quickly drops to a set value before opening, and then air is blown into the mold to completely blow away the cold water, completing the entire injection molding process.

The hot runner system is crucial for high gloss molds. Whether or not products can be injected without weld marks, the quality of the hot runner, and machine tuning are decisive factors. The hot runner system for high gloss molds will be introduced from two aspects:
1. Characteristics of the hot runner system for high gloss mold temperature machine molds; The hot nozzle of the high gloss mold must be equipped with a sealing needle, and each hot nozzle must have an independent air duct (multiple air ducts are not allowed to be connected in series), so that the injection time and amount of each hot nozzle can be controlled separately through solenoid valves and time relays, making necessary preparations for injection molding machine adjustment.
2. The working principle of the hot runner system of the high gloss seamless mold temperature machine mold; Taking the product as an example to explain the timed injection of glue: During the filling process, the high gloss mold hot runner system is controlled by a time relay. When plastic material is injected into the mold cavity, within a reasonable temperature range, the higher the surface temperature of the mold cavity, the better the surface quality of the product, and the lower the internal stress of the product. Therefore, to achieve good product surface quality, increasing the surface temperature of the mold cavity is a good way (but increasing the mold temperature will reduce injection efficiency, which needs to be considered comprehensively). Usually, high gloss molds need to be heated by a mold temperature machine during injection molding to keep the plastic in a high temperature state and reduce temperature, thereby eliminating defects such as flow marks and weld marks and achieving a mirror effect.

The layout of cooling water channels in high gloss mold temperature machine molds is quite particular. Good water channel layout can not only greatly improve injection efficiency, but also play an important role in improving product quality. The waterway of the high gloss mold must not only be uniform but also sufficient, so that the required temperature can be easily achieved through the mold temperature machine; At the same time, using an extended water pipe to directly transport water out of the mold core without using a sealing ring can prevent the mold from working at high temperatures for a long time, causing the sealing ring to age, and also reduce the maintenance cost of many molds. It is worth mentioning that the water pipe of the high gloss mold must use high-temperature resistant oil pipe to prevent the water pipe from bursting under high temperature and high pressure.
